Privacy
Here at Blue Bramble your privacy is of the utmost importance. The information we collect from you will only be used to complete your order and to send you offers and newsletters from us only. We do not sell your details to third parties.
If you do not wish to receive offers or newsletters from us simply send us an e-mail and we will remove you from our mailing list.
Blue Bramble does not collect any credit card details. We use Paypal as our secure payment system and all card details are kept with Paypal.
Money back Guarantee
All goods may be returned within 7 days of delivery, providing that they are in the perfect condition that they were delivered in. We reserve the right to decide whether the condition we receive the goods back to us in is the same condition the goods were in when dispatched to you, the customer.
Notification of any damaged items,shortages or other discrepancies must be received within 7 days of delivery preferably via e-mail. The 7 days begins the day after receipt of the goods.
The costs of returning the parcel must be covered by you and returned parcels must be sent via signed for post as we can not be liable for loses due to the postal system. Having your parcel signed for ensures that it reaches us.
If you have decided to cancel your order for any reason we will refund your credit card within 30 days of cancellation.
Data Protection Act
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We will not pass your e-mail address or any personal information to any third party.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with our service or any of our products please do not hesitate to contact us and we will endeavour to get back to you within two working days. The best way to contact us and by far the fastest way to get a reply is to e-mail us on the address provided below.

Payment
All prices are in £ sterling. However you can pay in any currency using Paypal. Your card details will be processed through Paypals secure payment pages.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Distance Selling
In order to comply with the European Union (EU) Directive on Distance Selling, which is incorporated into UK law by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you must agree to the following Terms & Conditions before buying any of our products or services.
