Postage and packaging
Spend £10 or more and get FREE worldwide delivery!
We set all our postage and packaging rates for small, medium or large items to the UK as follows:
Up to two small items: £1.95
Up to two medium items: £3.95
Large items: £6.95
You will never be charged more than £6.95 for postage and packaging to the UK. We use this system rather than a one off charge system so that you will not be charged £6.95 postage for something that has cost you less than £6.95.
Postage outside the UK is as follows:
European Union: £7
Worldwide: £12
Order processing
Orders will normally be processed within two to three working days of receipt and dispatched by first class signed for post. You will receive payment confirmation from Paypal. This will act as your receipt if you have any discrepancies or need to contact us.
Notification of any damaged items,shortages or other discrepancies must be received within 7 days of delivery.
